Delivery, Post & Packing
All orders received should be despatched within *48 hours.
Any orders placed on a weekend will be treated as if they were placed on Monday.
Please allow up to five working days for delivery. We may need to contact you in
the event of your placing a high value order to confirm delivery details, before
despatching the order.
Post and Packing - Customers outside the UK: All postage prices are for the UK only,
export orders are posted using Royal Mails delivery service. Please contact us for
prices for posting abroad. It is possible to order goods online for delivery to most
countries world-wide, however, due to overseas postal delays it is not always possible
to work out a precise delivery time.
*Next Day service is subject to stock availability. *We are not responsible
for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends
and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Non Delivery Of Plates
If you don't recieve your plates in a reasonable amount of time then please contact us. We have to allow 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) plus original delivery time (2-5 working days) to elapse before Royal Mail considers an item lost, after that time we can claim against Royal Mail and issue you a new set of plates. Royal Mail allows 15 working days plus original delivery time to allow enough time for the plates to be returned to us in the event of delivery problems.
Insurance
- Insurance is extra. If you're worried about your order getting lost or damaged, you'll need to pay for insurance. RECORDED MAIL is not full insurance, the Royalmail only cover upto £32.00 less the postage charge, although it IS a more secure method of mailing. ALL indemnity in regards to plate loss in shipment/damage will be the responsibility of the buyer if insurance is not requested and paid for, we will forward all tracking details for you to claim from the Royalmail should you opt-out of the insurance. If a valid claim is made for a replacement/refund, the original order will be replaced - We do not pay for return postage.
Payment:
createmyplates.com uses globally recognized third party payment processors
Worldpay and Paypal to take your payment. This means that you can be sure of a 100% secure transaction
with the peace of mind that your credit card details are never stored on our server. We operate a strict
privacy policy with our customers and we promise never to sell your email address to other parties.
Non-Standard Plate Sizes:
All Non-Standard plate sizes from createmyplates.com are individually hand made on a per customer order basis and
as such will have small unique characteristics to the shape of the corners.
At this end some corners may not be as round
as the other corners on the same plate or as they look on standard size oblong or standard size square plates that are manufactured
to a mass production template.
We make every effort to create even corners all round and as such this makes each plate UNIQUE.
replacements will be given
at the discretion of the Company Management.
Telephone Orders:
If you do not wish to give your credit-card details over the internet, we offer the option to make payment over the phone. However we do require that you build your order through the online plate designer so that we have all the correct registration details along with your registered address and delivery address details, to take all these important details over the telephone is time consuming and spelling errors/mistakes can and do happen, we do not like making mistakes when there is a facility readily available to eradicate mistakes. You also get the online discounts should there be any at the time of your order. Once you have filled in all the required details you will be taken to a payment page where you can choose how you would like to pay.

Refunds and Disputes:
All requests for refunds to createmyplates will be given
at the discretion of the Company Management. All errors and or mistakes made by createmyplates
will be corrected by us. All refunds minus all P&P will carry a small administration charge (this will be equal to the
payment processors charges for handling the secure details and transaction plus our usual office administration charge)
if we are found not
to be at fault. Our services in the supply of showplates begin upon receipt of your order and due the service provided
for a product are made specifically for an individual customer and is unique, we are unable to accept requests for
cancellations or refunds where the company has failed in its duty in respect of quality and supply.
Returns Policy
createmyplates.com will replace any item that results from an error
made by us or from a defective item. However, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund of the cost of any bottom logo or bottom text that may have been omitted during manufacture, however if you do require this you must return the defective product at your cost. Should you request additional features you will be charged accordingly. You
must advise us by letter or email within 7 days for your returns number authorisation (RNA) and return the plate with
your (RNA) clearly on the front of the package within 14 days of
delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement shipments. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap
the package securely. Then send it to this address: createmyplates.com, PO BOX 1435, HUDDERSFIELD, HD1 9BG.

Errors and Omissions
We strive to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and
up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact

IMPORTANT Displays are for illustration only, plates may differ from those shown. If in doubt please
phone or e-mail our Sales team, who will be pleased to advise. We reserve the right to withdraw
any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. No guarantees are given
as to the accuracy of the colours, some colours including gray's will appear darker on a yellow plate.
Disclaimer
Any plates ordered through our Designer plates section are for off-road use
only, i.e. shows, track days or for simply displaying in your room, office or car windscreen.
They are designed for show purposes only and may not fully comply with requirements for use
on public roads. We accept no responsibility when using any of the plates from our Designer
plates section on public roads. All Number plates ordered are
manufactured to BS AU 145d standards and the materials used are exactly the same as road legal plates.
Domed Gel Fonts and Borders
Due to the nature of the Doming Gel, these plates have to be hand crafted, they also require an high level of skill to create. There is a minimum waiting period of 5 business days as the 3D Doming Gel needs sufficient time to cure before shipping. They are however, totally worth the short wait.
