I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Matt and Phillip at Createmyplates. They offer a very personal and friendly service (to be expected as they're Yorkshiremen!) and are quick to respond to any emails or messages sent to them.
Effective Communication is a very important quality to me, many Companies have flashy and expensive websites but sometimes you just can't get your message to the right person if you have a question, and very often you never receive a reply.
It was totally the opposite of this with Createmyplates and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Just received my plates and put them together, I never thought it would be this easy. The idea
of putting my own letters and numbers on myself worried me, but when they arrived with it
all setup ready to just stick on I was so excited. Within 5 minutes I had both plates finished

Hi Matt
Myself and a fellow South African reside in the United Arab Emirates
and recently purchased Harleys. The standard issue number plate is a
large pressed metal plate which doesn't fit the Harley image!
I contacted Matt who was very helpfull and replicated the difficult
Arabic text to produce a perfect show plate for our bikes.
Congrats on the fantastic job, and thank you for your friendly and
fast assistance.
I honestly can't recommend any improvements as I am a very satisfied
customer.

I received my plates this morning and I just wanted to let you know that they were exactly what I had pictured
in my head - a big thank you. After a previous experience with a very disappointing product which I purchased
from one of you competitors, I was frankly stunned at the quality of your plates.... everything is central,
the colours are great & the edges have even been bevelled after you have customised the plate size...
All-in-all an excellent job all round and at least I know where to come next time I need some plates!!

Just received my plates today... they are FANTASTIC!!!! 2 days ahead
of schedule also, very very quick turnaround for such a well crafted
and beautiful plate. I ordered the 3D Gel Black Gloss plates and they
are better than I imagined.
The light really catches the letters and shows my reg off far better
than the conventional "Showplate" which I am replacing. (When you
place it up against the standard "showplate" I have got on my car
now, there just is no comparison at all, the 3D Gel is without a
doubt worth the extra money!)
I will definately be recommending you to friends and family (two of
which are buying private plates this week so your name will be the
first I mention when they come to getting there plates made up).

Received my new plates on Saturday. So I now have them put on as planned.
They look wow!!!

Irrelevant if I'm past it or not - you have to try when your a woman.

i received the plates you made me today, they are exactly what i ordered and they were RIGHT first time, FANTASTIC. I ordered some plates from a company on the internet that promised to pimp them for me, but they kept getting the border wrong..... 3 times they sent me the wrong border, that was ongoing almost 7 weeks, i started to think all showplate suppliers were bullsh@t merchants. Then I found your site and thought, this looks great and professional, I tried the telephone number and you answered, I could actually speak to someone. WOW. You listened to my grunts and groans and still found the time to send me a sample before i bought. I'm well impressed with your professional approach. Like you I gave our conversation some thought and I too would like to say sorry for my abrubtness it was not intended. I am still very pleased with the plates I ordered from you but would like to repeat once again that the plates were handled with great care when fitted and that the damage is not on the surface but on one of the actual letters.
I thank you for overlooking the delay had I realised I would have checked the plates the day they arrived and not waited until they were fitted. It took exactly 10 business days from London to San Francisco(west coast)
It looks great, just like the original ones...the 3D is a little too overwhelming, but I'll get used to it...besides I'm the only one here in San Francisco that has this...!
